A property and marketing specialist with an outstanding record of achievement in complex property transactions and project management, David Buenfeld brings strong leadership to his current role as Director of Investment Sales and Development Site Sales for Belle Property Adelaide Commercial.

David began his career in real estate at the age of 18, initially working as a research officer within the valuation division of a top tier Adelaide commercial property firm. David later moved into the asset management division of the company where he was involved with almost every aspect of commercial buildings.

David’s expertise is broadened by his seven years at Brock Real Estate working within the commercial arm and the projects division of the business where as Project Manager he was responsible for procurement, design, budgeting and costing, and sales and marketing in support of construction and development.

Most recently David has been a key team member at LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide for the past four years where he has held the position of Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager, achieving significant, prominent and record sales.

David’s broad experience in property incorporates project planning, marketing and sales; complex sales and leasing negotiations, residential and commercial projects. David is a high-level communicator who thrives in challenging circumstances.

Amongst many awards over his career, most recently David was awarded Top 3 South Australian Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the year in the 2017 REISA Awards for Excellence.
