As Director of Investment and Development Sales for Belle Property Adelaide Commercial, David Buenfeld brings strong leadership to the commercial team.

A property and marketing specialist with an outstanding record of achievement in complex property transactions and project management, David came to Belle Property Commercial with an established real estate career that spans in excess of 30 years.

Beginning his career in commercial real estate at the age of 18, David initially worked within the valuation division of one Adelaide’s top tier property firms, later moving into the asset management division of the company where he was involved with almost every aspect of commercial buildings.

David’s expertise was broadened by his time working within the commercial arm and projects division of a large multi-faceted real estate agency where he was involved with significant sales and lease transactions, multi-million dollar built form projects and Adelaide’s major master planned sub-divisions. It was here where David honed his skills in development site sales.

David is a high-level communicator who thrives in challenging circumstances. David brings a tremendous level of professionalism and expertise to his clients.
