In a past life, Dave anchored a breakfast radio show and hosted live stage performances on

the world-famous Las Vegas Glitter Strip. He’s still a regular on Foxsports and Aurora TV as

an MC of boxing, mixed martial arts, and Muay Thai kickboxing events.

With almost three decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Dave knows how to

keep people engaged and enthused – he is the consummate real estate agent and

auctioneer.

From conducting thousands of auctions and training hundreds of real estate agents over the

years, Dave analysed their behaviour and attitudes. He noticed a parallel between an

agent’s approach to their career and success, and the dedication and drive that world

champion Zighters and other athletes possess.
