“We’re a family owned business living and working in Bendigo. My wife Nicky, my son Oliver and our Jack Russell, Banjo, reside in the beautiful suburb of Strathfieldsaye.

I started in real estate as a sales person in 1998 and was trained in the Jenman system ‘Ethics in Real Estate”. That system of real estate was an amazing experience. Lots of cold calling, door knocking and extensive training in negotiation and sales techniques. Much of it I still use and have built upon to create what I consider to be a hybrid of best practice that benefits our clients.

Over the years I have worked at other agencies as a sales consultant, sales trainer, mentor and held the position of Sales Manager for over 10 years at one agency. Playing an integral role in their success. After so many years in the industry working for other agencies I thought it was time to start my own.

I named the business after my son with the hope that he may want to take over someday.
