• During his career Dan has been awarded REIQ Sunshine Coast Sales Person of the year on 2 occasions in 2002 and 2004 and was awarded Queensland Sales person of the year in 2004. He was also one of three finalists in the Sunshine Coast business awards young business leader of the year 2004. The latest achievement comes with being awarded the Real Estate Institute of Queensland Medium Residential Agency of the Year 2012 and finalists in the national Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards.

For 15 years Dan managed a successful holiday letting business equivalent to an 800 bed hotel, he has extensive knowledge of all aspects of property investment and management.

Dan served 3 years as a member of the Board for Tourism Noosa and during that time sat on council advisory groups regarding transport , and short term letting town planning and local laws.

After selling the holiday Business 2 years ago he devotes his time to listing and selling prestige real estate, Permanent letting and developing small project both residential and commercial.
