About Dan Dwan

Dan partnered the start of boutique real estate consultancy business Diversified Properties in Toowoomba in 2001 working in depth among a strong Office, Retail and Industrial Commercial Sales and Leasing market.

Later, Dan joined the Colliers International brand with partner Markus Eames and began the Toowoomba office in 2009.

During his time within the Real Estate Industry Dan has been responsible across all facets of Commercial Sales and Leasing sector, as well as the Commercial and Residential Property Management departments.

Today he remains the head of these departments, as well as the business management throughout the Toowoomba office.
