Dan Clarke has been engaged in the selling and leasing of Office & Industrial assets for property firms for the past 9 years. Prior to joining Liberty, Dan was the Associate Director in the Office Leasing department of Ray White Commercial, and prior to that a Senior Leasing Negotiator and an Associate Director at Knight Frank.

Dan’s experience and expertise are from large CBD, West Perth & Subiaco investments to medium boutique offerings within Perth’s fringe and suburban areas. His role involved securing suitable tenants for these assets and negotiating commercial terms by working with the client, tenant, and lawyer to produce the necessary documentation.
