Craig has a long standing reputation for large transactions in Sydney with and without representation. This has been a result of building relationships and market knowledge while determining his clients objectives for the projects he is appointed on. After 19 years as a director and owner at R&W North Sydney, Craig built the commercial division to be one of the leading North Shore Office Leasing agencies. In 2013 Cadigal Office Leasing merged with the R&W North Sydney commercial business to enhance this status.

Craig is constantly appointed by most of the major property institutions including DEXUS, Investa, Stockland, AMP Capital Investors, Colonial First State, Charter Hall and major privates including Tower Holdings and DW & Co to lease their North Shore Properties.
