Clint is a highly regarded management rights specialist who has delivered incredible results for his clients across the Northern Gold Coast.

In just two years, Clint has settled more than 20 management rights transactions of assets with a combined value of over $50 million. His notable sales include:

- the 259-apartment Lagoon, a two-tower residential development in Main Beach, sold off the plan on behalf of developer Drew Group;

- the 436-apartment permanent-letting complex Sphere Southport Living, which set a record as Southport’s largest ever management rights transaction; and

- the portfolio sale comprising 279 apartments across three mid-rise residential towers in Southport: Coast North, Coast South and Coast West.

Clint found his passion for property in North Queensland working for Queensland developer Paul Gedoun. During his time in North Queensland, Clint developed his understanding of the real estate market and honed his skills in sales and negotiation. His ability to build relationships, understand his client’s needs and respond urgently set him apart from his peers.

Prior to real estate, Clint held senior leadership positions in the liquor industry for internationally renowned brand owners Bacardi Martini and Pernod Ricard. His leadership and strategic thinking enabled him to effectively manage teams across layers of each business with exceptional results.

Clint’s ability to understand his clients’ needs and communicate openly and transparently has seen him rapidly develop his network of buyers and sellers on the Gold Coast since joining ResortBrokers in 2023.

Prior to his corporate career, Clint played in the NRL for almost a decade for the North Queensland Cowboys and Gold Coast Titans.
