Clay Cini

Born and bred in Rockhampton, Clay has deep ties to the CQ business community and enjoys living and working in Regional QLD. After completing his Bachelor of Information Technology at CQU and living abroad in London for 3 years, Clay always planned to return to Rocky with his family and pursue an entrepreneurial life.

Clay’s first foray into business was in 2008 in Rockhampton when he established his first successful tech consultancy company. Following the consultancy, Clay developed a successful startup from the ground up targeted at rural sports and spent many years developing and fine tuning the platform that is now used Australia wide.

Clay’s other software solutions is currently used in one of Australia’s largest agricultural enterprises and has been part of a team to launch products in the USA. But his proudest achievement is being part of a small group who rose over $1,000,000 to assist rural producers affected by the devastating 2019 Floods in NW QLD using his vast network of contacts.
