Chris commenced employment with our Company in January 2002. In 2004 he gained Associate Membership to the API and became a Certified Practicing Valuer.

Chris is the Managing Director of the MMJ Perth business.

Chris has extensive experience in all sections of the commercial real estate market including commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

Experience has been gained with various valuation purposes, report styles and client requirements including mortgage security, financial reporting, feasibility analysis, rent reviews, purchase and disposal advice.

In early 2006 Chris begun focusing on the provision of valuation, consulting and business broking services for the child care industry and is now a recognised expert in the field of valuation and sales of child care centres, both freehold and leasehold.

Chris is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Triennial Certificate.
