With more than 25 years of retail property experience across Australia and Malaysia, she specialises in retail asset strategy, strategic leasing, tenancy mix optimisation and asset performance. Her experience in Darwin includes several significant retail assets, including Coolalinga Central and Gateway Shopping Centre, as well as the successful revitalisation of Oasis Shopping Village and Zuccoli Plaza through strategic leasing and asset repositioning.

Chewyee works closely with Craig Inkster and Tessa Sealey to generate leasing opportunities, strengthen tenancy mixes and drive occupancy outcomes across the portfolio.
