Cara Carter is the General Manager of Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties and co-founded the agency alongside Sophie in 2014. Since its inception, Cara has played an instrumental role in shaping the business, bringing a strong foundation in management and a genuine passion for creating a seamless client experience.
Highly organised and naturally efficient, Cara is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the agency. Her attention to detail ensures every campaign, process and interaction is handled with care, while her collaborative approach sees her working closely with the entire team across marketing, brand direction and accounts. Always forward-thinking, Cara is known for continually introducing fresh ideas that keep the business evolving and aligned with its boutique, client-first ethos.
Outside of work, Cara feels incredibly fortunate to share life with Sophie and their two sons, making the most of the coastal lifestyle they call home. From parks and playgrounds to waterways and bike tracks, their days are often spent outdoors. What was once appreciated as a beautiful place to live has only deepened with family, reinforcing just how special this part of Australia truly is.
