His professional journey spans leadership roles such as Head of New Business, Senior Leadership Development, and Head of Sales in the pharmaceutical industry. With several years of experience in the local real estate market, Cam brings a wealth of knowledge and an innate understanding of the community to his clients.

Having lived on the Mornington Peninsula for over 20 years, Cam spent much of that time commuting to Melbourne for work. Feeling a growing disconnect from the community he cherished, Cam made the logical decision to transition into real estate—a move he now says he wishes he had made sooner. "It’s been incredibly rewarding to work where I live and be connected to this amazing community," he reflects.

Cam holds a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, majoring in Nutrition and Natural Medicine. His ability to build genuine relationships with clients and stakeholders is one of his greatest strengths as a real estate agent. "My focus is to always be honest and, most importantly, authentic," Cam explains. He thrives on the diversity of the role, constantly engaging with different personalities and guiding people through significant life decisions. "It’s a bit of a cliché, but I genuinely love seeing people realise their property aspirations."

Outside of work, Cam enjoys surfing, fly fishing, and snow skiing or boarding. He appreciates the unique lifestyle the Mornington Peninsula offers—landscaped with beautiful beaches, a vibrant community spirit, and close proximity to Melbourne for trips to the football. For Cam, it's a place that offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and connection.
