About Brett Mathanda

Brett possesses more than 19 years of experience in numerous asset classes, enabling him to provide well-rounded advice on all aspects of property acquisition, disposal, leasing and development. In 2022, he served as the Senior Property Planning Manager at the Department of Finance where he advised the Department of Treasury on the value proposition of property procurement within the State.

In 2023, Brett returned to JLL to continue his career within industrial brokerage and assist in the rebuilding of the new Logistics and Industrial Department

Brett’s role involves providing sales, leasing and development advice to industrial clients on existing sites by maximising their asset’s performance and is sought after by clients to provide input and recommendations at the planning process for future developments, including land estates and speculative builds. Brett’s role extends into site identification for Data Centres within WA.
