Being trained in Finance and marketing at Latrobe and Monash Universities in Melbourne, Brad was accepted second for one of the 22 positions as a Business Banker for National Australia Bank (NAB) from 1100 Australian graduates across the nation in 2004. Brad then went onto to join NAB as the first Graduate ever to be in the elite "Business Acquisition Team (BAT)" for the bank, based in Kew, Melbourne.
