A veteran of the industry, Brad started his commercial property career over 40 years ago as a cadet valuer and throughout his career, Brad has held senior positions in commercial real estate agencies and development companies which saw him in charge of acquiring, developing, marketing and the sale of residential, retail, office and industrial projects. Passionate about the industry, Brad's extensive commercial portfolio is a reflection of his professional capabilities.

In recent years, Brad has specialised in the marketing and sale of commercial office & industrial investments, development sites and mortgagee/receivership assignments across Queensland that has seen him represent leading property industry groups and Government entities. Highly proficient in this sector, these roles see him acting on their behalf of these groups in the sale, leasing and/or acquisition of commercial property.
