Brad Caldwell-Eyles (BCE) is the Managing Director of 1st City Real Estate Group.

Brad’s professional sales life spans four decades and he has built his career in the eastern suburb’s property market over the last quarter of a century.

He has a passion for all things property, architectural and design oriented. Brad is a self-described “nerd” for excel spreadsheets and CAD plans; and a fanatic of great chairs (the ultimate expression of form and function).

Brad seeks to surprise and delight his many clients (both sellers and buyers), whilst maintaining control of the many variables the projects business pitches each day. Smart, honest and collaborative are the words heard most commonly to describe his approach.

Brad is constantly called upon for his projects advice from developer clients at the early stages of their career right through to the listed major players and global funders. Brad is also regarded as the “go to” agent for buyers in the luxury off-plan sector.

He coined the phrase for 1st City as being “the dirt to keys” agency – from consulting on new site opportunities and their feasibilities; acquisitions or disposals; planning; design; finish; all consultants; pricing; marketing and the ultimate sell-down and final hand over of new homes.
