Ben is a Manager (NSW) of Retail Middle Markets, possessing a comprehensive understanding of retail neighbourhood shopping centres. Ben's expertise in mixed-use projects and developments, alongside his experience with retail leasing, management and sales allows him to provide his clients and purchasers with a unique level of expertise and in-depth knoweldge and understanding of the retail sector. Ben has delivered some of NSW's newest neighbourhood shopping centres for prominent private and institutional clients and has an extensive history as an analyst working within the property audit field.

In his current role, he focus on the sale and acquisition of Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Hardware, Large Format Retail Centres, Convenience Retail & Fuel. Ben has assisted his clients in repositioning established neighbourhood shopping centres to maximise returns for his clients, alongside specialising in key areas such as childcare, medical and allied health.
