Ben Stevenson

Ben is the founder Estate Realty growing the concept from his home in Bungendore, NSW. He is focussed on building relationships with people to provide an exceptional service for rural city and coastal property sales. Over the past 26 years Ben has built exceptional knowledge in property marketing and sales services. Qualifications as an Auctioneer, Stock and Station and Real Estate Agent he is across all styles of property and will create the marketing methods to attract the best buyers.

Prior to starting Estaterealty Ben was the National Sales Manager of The Village Building Company. Managing his team to record results for the company achieving 996 off plan property sales in 18 months. Before moving to Bungendore in 2009 Ben and his family lived in Scotland for 5 years. Whilst living there he founded a company called Property Solutions. A turn key opperation that sourced property and project managed renovations for Chiropractic Clinics. Property Solutions also designed and construct landscape projects for residential and commercial projects throughout Scotland and England.

In 1998 Ben deferred his bachelor of Music at the conservataruim to start a new career as a real estate sales person. Working for Parnell Partners Estate Agents in Sydney. Still to this day Ben is in touch with the owners of Parnell Partners and continues to instill key elements from his foundation skills learnt under great guidance of the company Partners.

Spending his childhood on a sheep and cattle property near Delegate southern NSW, Ben has always held a special place in his heart for rural property and this passion is to date still vibrant and evident in his success in selling properties for his valued clients.
