Ben Rose is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and specialised property advisor with extensive experience in rural and agribusiness property. Raised on his family’s vineyard in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Ben developed a deep connection to the land early in life and went on to complete a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Hons) in 1994. He later completed a Graduate Diploma in Property in 2009 and has since worked extensively as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), undertaking valuations across all property classes, including business and water assets.

In 2021, Ben expanded into property sales, specialising in rural, agribusiness and unique lifestyle properties across Victoria. Alongside his sales work, he operates two advisory businesses, Specialised Agribusiness Valuations and Performance Viticulture, providing strategic advice and industry expertise to clients across the agricultural and wine sectors.

Ben is a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, and has also served on the ACCC’s Agricultural Consultative Committee and the board of Australian Grape & Wine Inc. Based in Toolangi, Victoria, he lives with his wife and two children and is an active CFA volunteer and former Brigade Captain.
