Ben joined Colliers in 2018 as a research analyst, working closely with the commercial and residential project marketing teams. Ben delivered valuable information to assist with market and economic overviews, demographic information and research reports to deliver to key project stakeholders.

Ben transitioned into the Investment Services Team in the role of Executive in 2021 successfully transacting over $62,000,000* worth of property across over 100 sale and lease deals. With a background in research and an analytical understanding of key property drivers, Ben is able to confidently articulate to parties where the inherent value lies within each opportunity being a value-add agent seeking to unlock entrapped value for his clients in every transaction.
