When people ask us what makes Ben different, it’s never the number of properties he has sold or the years he has spent in the industry that come to mind first. It’s the genuine interest he takes in people. Ben has built his career around understanding what matters most to others and helping them navigate some of life’s biggest decisions with confidence. Whether he is speaking with a team member, first-home buyer, a growing family or a long-term property owner, his focus is always on creating an experience that feels personal, informed and considered.

Having worked in real estate since 2005 and led businesses throughout the region for more than a decade, Ben brings a depth of knowledge that only comes from years of hands-on experience. Yet what we admire most is that he has never lost his curiosity. He is constantly looking for better ways to communicate, negotiate and improve the experience for the people who place their trust in him. His ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer details allows him to guide his team and clients with clarity while keeping them focused on the outcome they are trying to achieve.

As a husband, father of three and proud member of the local community, Ben understands that property is rarely just about bricks and mortar and business is rarely just about the outcome. Behind every client and team member is a family, a story, a goal or a new chapter. That understanding shapes the way he approaches his role. He combines strategic thinking with genuine empathy, helping clients and team members feel supported throughout the process while ensuring their interests remain at the centre of every decision.

Ben co-founded Ridley Real Estate with a simple belief: every interaction should leave people better than we found them. That philosophy continues to guide everything he does today. His commitment to building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional service and creating positive outcomes has earned the respect of clients, colleagues and the wider community alike. For Ben, success is not measured by transactions alone, but by the trust, confidence and lasting connections built along the way.
