Ben’s career started in 1985 with RB Kerr Group, North Sydney’s longest serving commercial and industrial firm at the time.

Since those days Ben has held senior positions including a National role as the Head of Commercial & Industrial across the Raine & Horne Commercial Network, and more recently as the General Manager of Bawdens Industrial in Parramatta.

Ben was the inaugural winner of the highly respected Dexus Transaction of the Year Award, which to this day, is not only judged on the size and commercial return of the transaction to the client, but most importantly on the process, negotiation strategy and integrity surrounding client engagement.

Ben has an intimate knowledge of the Western Sydney Commercial and Industrial markets and has been involved in an extensive array of Lease and Sale transactions including with the likes of O’Brien Glass, George Weston Foods, Colette, Tricon Equipment, Hewlett Packard and Aristocrat Industries.

Away from the office, Ben loves to spend time with his family and enjoys camping, fishing, and playing acoustic guitar and surfing.
