Starting his Real Estate Career in the family Business over 20 years ago in Brisbane, Ben brings to the Property Shop - Northern Beaches a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. Having worked in the residential market in Brisbane for 8 years, Ben then took a break for 18 months travelling overseas to see the world. Upon returning he then secured a position as the sales agent at Port Hinchinbrook resort in Cardwell, where he successfully negotiated sales of prime waterfront properties, marina berths and the like.

After a few years, Ben then moved further north to settle in Cairns where he worked as a buyer’s agent for a number of Development companies sourcing development sites along the east coast of Queensland and the Atherton Tablelands. Successfully negotiating multi-million dollar land developments and being involved from conception to inception in these ventures, Ben has experience in all levels off development and it is because of this that he considers listing and selling land his true passion.

Prior to opening the Property Shop - Northern Beaches, Ben was employed as a Sales manager for Savills Cairns which then re-branded to LJ Hooker Commercial Cairns. In this position Ben negotiated the sale of multi-million dollar commercial investments and negotiated the leases on numerous retail, industrial and commercial properties.
