Covering investment grade stock, site consolidation divestments & acquisitions (commercial, residential, build-to-rent and mixed use), medical precincts and industrial land sales as well as strategic major project leasing campaigns for commercial office development projects.

Ben has an intimate knowledge of the development sector across multiple asset classes having worked in commercial real estate for over 20 years in both sales and leasing across markets covering Australia and Asia.
