Bart was born, raised and educated in Albury. After completing his senior years at Xavier College Albury he became involving himself in traineeships relating to the building industry in general and home air conditioning in particular.

In 2008 Bart, at the request of a major grazing company, changed direction totally and moved to Tipperary Station in the Northern Territory as a stockman/station hand assisting in the breeding of cattle to be exported to Indonesia. Bart quickly improved his position due to his ability to absorb a heavy workload of long hours.

After some four years within the cattle export industry on major properties throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern New South Wales, Bart returned to Albury and joined the family real estate company of Brian Unthank Real Estate as a trainee, commencing his traineeship in the Property Management division of the company and progressed to residential sales in Albury and Wodonga.

Brian Unthank Real Estate incorporated the Rutherglen real estate business of Tony Gillman Real Estate into their organisation and Bart was appointed Senior Salesperson of BUR Rutherglen and has developed and serviced this particular area in a most professional manner.

Bart is an enthusiastic salesperson specialising in the marketing of township property in Rutherglen, Chiltern and Barnawartha and rural and rural lifestyle properties in the ever popular part of North East Victoria from Wodonga to Yarrawonga. Bart has a proven record in servicing both vendors and potential buyers in all matters of real estate.

Bart is a keen sportsperson enjoying his football at several clubs throughout his career. Bart is a great club person and assists wherever possible to the benefit of all community activities.
