Barry, now the controlling shareholder of Bawdens controls in excess of 330 sales and lease transactions annually across commercial and industrial assets in Sydney.

Barry has been instrumental in developing, introducing, and implementing Asset Management best practice methodologies for Small Medium Enterprise Assets owned by his clients.

Today, Bawdens is one of Sydney’s largest specialist asset managers of Industrial and Commercial property with a total area approaching 600,000m2, and assets under management approaching 2 billion dollars, collecting annual client rentals in excess of $85 million.
