Arvo is the Principal of Carlton Real Estate (formally Century 21 Carlton Real Estate) and has over 45 years local real estate experience. He has vast experience and knowledge in commercial, industrial, residential, and rural real estate in the Southern Highlands.

As Principal, Arvo has received many awards for his outstanding achievements in selling real estate, and for providing professional, informed and up to the minute advice to his clients. As Managing Director, Arvo is at the helm of a loyal and long serving sales and management team, with the average length of each team member's service being over ten years.
