Having begun his real estate journey in 1988 there is no facet of property that Arthur doesn't understand. As the

director of Langwell Harper and having experience in development, Arthur understands the needs of all parties in any

transaction. More than that he sees each property as a blank canvas, a new challenge that requires its own individual

strategy and tailored campaign to optimise results.

Both socially and professionally Arthur’s strong social skills give him the innate ability to effectively negotiate and derive

the best outcomes for his clients. A testament to his integrity and honesty is that many of his clients have also become

personal friends who continuously benefit and profit from Arthurs advice across all aspects of property – whether it be

strategizing for a sale, buying an investment property or building a house.

Don’t think all this has come without hard work – still after years in the industry Arthur devotes a lot of his time to

keeping up to date with the latest trends, laws and economic factors influencing the market to ensure that he is

constantly innovating and refining his techniques. He understands the importance of getting it right when it comes to the

financial benefits of property and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the experience is as profitable and stress

free as possible for all his clients and friends alike.

Outside of work Arthur is a history buff who enjoys taking his wife and three children overseas as often as he can, and is

an active and well respected member of the Balwyn community – just don't interrupt him when he is watching his

beloved hawks play footy.
