April brings to Ray White an astute knowledge in many areas of real estate and strives to implement systems & procedures that ensure efficiency & high quality standards

April started in real estate in 2003 as a receptionist/property management assistant for a boutique agency in Clayfield. A job change for her partner saw her move to Rochedale South where she took on the role of assistant property manager at Ray White Rochedale.

After a property manager position became available within the office April stepped into this role until mid-2008 when she decided she wanted to learn other aspects of the real estate industry.

She then embraced the role of sales administrator for Ray White Rochedale and after 3 years expressed interest to progress further within the business where she then became assistant to the Director and worked more within the payroll/accounts side as well as overseeing the Property Management department.

A decision to move back to the northside of Brisbane saw her commuting back and forth daily and at the end of 2012 April decided it was time to look for a job closer to home, which saw her join the Ray White Northside Group as Operations Manager.

Looking for a new direction April made the transition from residential to commercial real estate and began working at Ray White Industrial Milton in 2013. April is responsible for managing the trust account, office advertising and general office duties, she is a valued member of the team having 15 years of real estate behind her.
