Andrew’s 29 years specialising exclusively in the sale of motels and resorts throughout Queensland makes him one of the longest standing Brokers in the industry.

He commenced selling motels in 1995 at the young age of 21, and today over 25 years later he continues to work hard to deliver the highest level of service to his clients. There are even those in the accommodation industry who dealt with Andrew as a fresh faced kid 29 years ago who are still in the motel industry and still working with him today for the sale or purchase of accommodation properties.

Having a true dedication to the accommodation industry, his approach and methods have been refined and focused over the long term, to achieve the best result possible for those who entrust him to sell their accommodation business. Andrew’s very strong level of repeat clientele is a result of achieving successful results over such an extended period of time.

Three qualifications which have directly assisted Andrew in his business brokerage career include being a qualified Accountant, REIQ Certified Practising Business Broker and Licensed Real Estate Agent.

For almost two decades Andrew has contributed a monthly article dedicated to the motel industry in Resort News, providing insight and commentary on all manner of issues relating to the motel and accommodation industry.
