Andrew has 17 years of industrial real estate experience and is a leading broker in the WA market. Andrew has a focus on large lease & prelease transactions, disposal of vacant possession assets of scale and income producing property in Perth’s core markets.

With a property degree from Curtin University, Andrew’s background and experience from working in brokerage and agency teams at some of the biggest firms in Perth has seen Andrew provide strategic advice on large scale industrial assets across Western Australia. Andrew has worked with institutional, private high net worth owners and investors, major developers as well as corporate multi-national, national and local occupiers from both on and offshore. Major transactions Andrew has been involved with include the strategic disposal of the Blackoak Book and the Perfect Pair; two of the largest industrial portfolio sales WA has seen over the last 5 years.
