Since moving to the region in 2007, Andrew has lived across Jindabyne, Berridale and Cooma, giving him a real understanding of the area, its people and the lifestyle that makes the Snowy Mountains so special.

A natural problem-solver, Andrew plays a key role in the operations of The Agency Snowy Monaro, while also helping manage the team’s residential and commercial property portfolio. Alongside Amanda Anderson, he is involved in all aspects of the business - from supporting sales campaigns and open homes to conducting property inspections and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for always finding a way forward, Andrew’s practical approach and extensive network mean he’s very equipped to help solve any challenge.

Beyond real estate, Andrew is highly committed to giving back to his community as a member of Fire & Rescue NSW in Cooma and a board member of the Cooma Monaro Race Club. He considers his role as a firefighter one of his proudest achievements, valuing the opportunity to support others and be part of a close-knit team. Andrew was drawn to The Agency for its people-first philosophy and the genuine care it has for its clients, teams and wider communities, mirroring his own values.
