Experience: Andrew brings with him 13 years of running and operating motels in NSW and Victoria. With owning Leaseholds and Freeholds, Andrew has experienced the day to day schedule of operating a 16-room motel up to a 68-room motel with Restaurant, Conference, Coach groups and 20 plus staff.

Prior to the hospitality industry, Andrew was a serving member of the Victorian Police Force based in the Western districts for 17 years. He also has served as Director of an RSL club, Tourism Board, Golden Chain Limited and tennis clubs.

Understanding the hospitality industry and the challenges that operators face are complimentary to how Andrew can assist any prospective vendor and purchaser.

Andrew has a Diploma in Business Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, amongst other industry related courses. With his skills, experience and knowledge, Andrew can value add to any business.

Having travelled extensively around Australia and overseas, Andrew can offer his experience from a customer point of view with what counts to create a great stay at your premises.
