Alix begun her career in commercial property in a lease administration role, establishing a strong understanding of the WA Retail Act, lease negotiation processes and what it takes to get a deal done.

Her passion for all things retail property has seen her join the Retail Sales & Leasing team, where Alix has worked on delivering outstanding results for a range of high profile commercial projects, including the brand new District Outlet Centre in Parafield, Adelaide by Devwest, multiple mixed use projects with luxury developer Blackburne, the Victoria House Shenton Park redevelopment by Hesperia, and more recently Altone Park Shopping Centre and Phoenix Shopping Centre on behalf of Firmus Capital.

Being a female in a male dominated industry, Alix has leveraged her strengths of honesty and empathy, along with her ability in making deeper connections with clients and tenants to assure that she gets the best outcome every time. Using these strengths in conjunction with her administration knowledge ensures she is diligent, thorough and organised, from start to finish.
