Alicia is the founder and facilitator of #renovate4680, Gladstone’s only renovation competition. The competition commenced in 2017 and aims to promote the local supply chain and community spirit through renovation projects of individuals and businesses.

Alicia is currently the REIQ Zone Chair for Gladstone. She was previously awarded the Best in Business Award for Real Estate 2014, and shortlisted as Business Leader of the Year in 2020.

Alicia was a finalist for the AIM Young Manager of the Year Award 2013 and awarded as the AIM 30 Under 30 Managers 2015. Alicia was also fortunate to work with some of the real estate industry’s top agents nationally as part of the Elite Agent Transform Master Leadership program. She is a member of the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce (GCCI) and a member of the Passport Rotary Club. Alicia has also been featured on Real Estate Pros Podcast by Stepps in January 2015.
