With experience across Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria, Alex offers clients a well-rounded understanding of commercial markets, investment strategy and the full property lifecycle — from acquisition and leasing through to long-term portfolio management and divestment.

Beginning his career with LJ Hooker in Bunbury, Alex quickly built a strong foundation in commercial real estate before expanding his experience interstate with globally recognised agencies including Savills in Melbourne and Colliers on the Gold Coast. These roles provided invaluable exposure to a broad range of commercial assets, market conditions and client requirements across metropolitan and regional markets.

Further strengthening his industry knowledge, Alex also worked with Ozprop Capital as a Commercial Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and gaining extensive hands-on experience in asset management, tenant relations, lease negotiations and maximising investment performance.

Now back with LJ Hooker Bunbury, Alex specialises in commercial sales, leasing and property management throughout the Southwest region.
