Having successfully run his family’s property development business since 1998, Alex has developed deep and enduring relationships across the community. He has a great understanding of the needs and challenges of buyers and sellers alike, having been involved in all facets of buying, selling and developing real estate including off-plan sales and purchases.

His vast experience encompasses multiple commercial and residential developments in Port Stephens and Newcastle, including Shearwater Park, a prominent and profitable 37 lot subdivision. As a result, Alex has developed expertise in all aspects of property development and sales, from negotiating and planning through to building and selling.

Alex is also highly valued by the Port Stephens community for his commitment to sport. Not only has he represented Nelson Bay Touch Association in the over-40s men’s team, he has derived great joy and satisfaction from coaching his two children in touch football, soccer, rugby union and rugby league over the last ten years.
