Alex Ham has been involved in the Australian commercial real estate industry since 2001.

Since joining the Gross Waddell ICR sales team in 2009, Alex has cemented himself as a highly respected member of the team. Having commenced his career in commercial property management, Alex worked his way up to senior property manager with a focus on Shopping Centres and Commercial buildings, before moving into commercial sales. This experience has helped build Alex’s foundations in the complex commercial property market, allowing him to provide his clients with strategic advice on all commercial matters.
