Adam Grbcic is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who specialises in Commercial property sales including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, special purpose assets and development sites across the Gold Coast.

Working alongside his father Tony Grbcic, the duo brings more than 40 years’ experience to the table, making them a formidable force in the commercial real estate arena.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development (majoring in Property Valuation) from Bond University and was named Commercial Agent of the Year at the 2024 Queensland Real Estate Industry Awards. Known for his analytical approach, Adam delivers appraisals grounded in fact, logic, and market expertise—providing clients and buyers with trusted insights.

Over the past five years, Team Grbcic has transacted more than $600 million in commercial sales. Their portfolio includes trophy assets, off-market transactions, development opportunities, and investment-grade properties. Their deep local knowledge, strategic execution, and tailored marketing campaigns consistently deliver premium outcomes.

A standout achievement in Adam’s career was the $45 million+ sale of the Voyager Hotel in Broadbeach. The campaign attracted over 150 enquiries and, through a competitive two-round offer process, resulted in an unconditional contract that exceeded expectations.

To support their expanding client base, the team has grown to include Executive Assistant Sandy Palmer and Commercial Analyst Adam Samalens, enhancing their service offering and operational capacity.

When Adam isn’t closing multi-million dollar deals, he likes to keep fit on the soccer field and partaking in watersports. The Grbcics are avid supporters and sponsors of the Gold Coast Knights Soccer Club.
