In 2025 alone, Abby actively participated in the sale of over 50 homes, totalling more than $46 million in property value - reflecting her strong work ethic and commitment to delivering great outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Recognised as the leading Sales Assistant across the entire Laing+Simmons network in her first year, Abby laid a strong foundation for her career and quickly established herself as a high performer before intentionally progressing into her role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Her unwavering commitment to client care and exceptional service culminated in the esteemed Go Beyond Award in 2024, further solidifying her reputation as a standout professional in the field.

Abby is particularly passionate about working with first-home buyers and supporting segments of the market that are often overlooked or underserved. She takes a long-term, relationship-focused approach, guiding clients with patience, education and transparency (not pressure!) and remaining a trusted point of contact well beyond settlement.

Living in her classic 1970s home in the Hastings area, Abby has first-hand experience of the character, quirks, and potential of local properties, giving her a practical perspective that clients value.

Abby believes that to truly serve a community, you need to be part of it - as real estate is about people, not always places. Deeply rooted in the Port Macquarie community, Abby plays an integral role within the Hastings Business Women’s Network committee and gives back through coaching with the Port Combined Netball Club. Her strong community connections and people-first mindset shine through in every interaction.
