Location
Aberfeldy is prominently positioned 14* kilometres north west of Wagga Wagga in the Downside district, it is a mere 10 minutes to Central Wagga. The property has excellent access with frontage to three roads and the Livestock marketing centre at Bomen is 16* kilometres east of the property and the Wagga Airport is 27* kilometres away.

Production
On prime mixed-farming land, Aberfeldy is well suited to multiple agricultural enterprises. The vendors have long term run 500 lambs on 200 acres, which comprises 100 acres of lucerne, 80 acres grazing cereals (bimbil oats in 2021) and Houlaghan's creek frontage. The balance of land 190 acres on the eastern side of the parcel, is under a cropping share-farming agreement until the end of 2021. This year the 190 acres will be sown to canola.
