'East Arm' is without a doubt the prime logistical and warehousing location in Darwin. This area is easily access from the port for incoming products and also by road for product that are to be exported from the Darwin Port or to be distributed around Darwin.

This site is unique in that it is the only block that adjoins the rail freight terminal, I understand that there is a possibility to be able to load directly to the trains at the freight terminal from this site.
