    A mixed farming enterprise in a reliable 300mm rainfall area situated 16Km's from the Mount Madden CBH facility and 30Km from Lake King.

    This property has had some extensive capital works completed over the past years. These works include new internal fencing, new sheep yards and a water bore.

    The water bore is situated to the rear of the location and pumps too tanks strategically located around the property via a network of poly pipe. This bore has the capacity to pump 1,500 litres per hour and is capable of supplying water to 6000 sheep. The bore is operated via an airwell pump that is connected by 4.5km of air line to the 3 phase air compressor located at the shearing shed. The water supply has been tested twice and been found to be suitable for all classes of sheep.

    A new set of Cyclone sheep yards have also been part capital works program and join the raised board shearing shed. A section of the sheep yards that adjoin the shearing shed are undercover.     The soil types consist of medium sand over clay, sand over gravel and clay. Colstoun has had a good fertiliser history with 12kg of Phosphorous used per hectare with every sown crop over the past 2 years.

    The property comes with 6 grain silos, a fertiliser shed/ raised board shearing shed and shed over part of the sheep yards. The property is watered by 10 dams, 2 tank/troughs and numerous troughs that are all supplied from the bore.

    The 2 bedroom cottage has recently had some renovations carried out both internally and externally.
