    Sanderston is a small hamlet at the base of the Eastern Mount Lofty Ranges and is only a short drive to larger townships like Mount Pleasant and Mannum. Ample room inside for the sheltering of up to 200 head of sheep with a good variety of holding pens internally and a four stand shearing capability. Ample room to toss a fleece and to store the bales. An Atco hut on the western side of the shed provides wash room facilities and has power and water connected. A good variety of holding yards externally as well as a loading ramp and an old dip.
