Originally formed as part of the much larger historic Kout Norien Station, it was purchased by the vendors family in 1964, Plover Park has been managed under two successive generations of ownership.

    With a frontage of over one kilometre along the bitumen Harrow-Clear Lake Road, the Plover Park property is considered top red gum farming and grazing land for both sheep and cattle, and is divided into four paddocks with the fencing in serviceable condition.
