    Livestock water is sourced from multiple bores and efficiently distributed to various tanks and troughs via a comprehensive reticulated network. Domestic water is supplied via rainwater tanks and bores.
    Benefitted by a reliable average annual rainfall of 520* millimetres.
    Soils feature predominantly Pindan red sands and loams (Kandosols) with no soil physical barriers to plant root growth, across flat to gently undulating topography.
    Situated favourably in the bluetongue free zone, 115* linear kilometres south of Broome, 330* linear kilometres north-east of Port Hedland and 12* linear kilometres inland from the Indian Ocean.
