One 77m² food & beverage/retail tenancy remains to join Sushia and People Café within the new Building 360 (Boola Katitjin).
The Building is located within the heart of Murdoch University's South Street Campus. Murdoch University is one of Australia's largest University Campuses, situated 15km from the Perth CBD and 8km from Fremantle's CBD.
Boola Katitjin provides the University with over 16,000sqm of contemporary collaborative learning spaces distributed across four floors.
The building features a new main entrance off Discovery Way and extends towards the centre of campus, Bush Court. Up to 60% of classes will be taught in this new building, which has now officially opened.
