    Water
    5 x freshwater dams. • 1 x groundwater bore located near house (33 metres deep). fitted with electric jet pump provides water to five concrete
    water troughs fitted with floats around the property and supplies a 22,730 litre poly tank located on the western side of the property which gravity feeds to the troughs.
    • A telemetry system (remote tank fill) connected to the pump with level switch system at the water tank noted above allows for automated filling of the tank.
    • 1 x poly water trough in cattle yards.
    • 1 x poly water tank at machinery shed capture rainwater from shed roof.

    Sheds -
    Machinery shed - galvanized iron and RHS posts, corrugated iron on roof and back wall - approximately 18 m long x 7.3 m wide. Dual power point fitted to timber shed that is located beside this machinery shed.
    • Timber shed on timber stumps with roller door and single access door - approximately 8.3 m long x 4.6 m wide. Power points in shed.
    • Old timber dairy shed located at yards - approximately 7 m long x 4.4 m wide. Power connected to dairy.

    Fencing - Property boundary fence is a mix of timber split posts and steel posts. • The property is divided into a number of paddocks. Internal fences and laneways are of varying condition.
